Jamie is a well-motivated and knowledgeable property professional with a wealth of experience covering all aspects of the property industry.
This combined with having founded and operated several property companies spanning almost two decades puts him in an ideal position to structure, manage, organise and oversee general day to day running of any and all aspects of property.
This wealth of experience ranges from developments, sourcing investment opportunities acquiring investment properties, overseeing the redevelopment of said investments, managing property portfolios, finding, and dealing with buyers and tenants, and organising and managing maintenance staff and development contractors.
A strong communicator with the ability to influence people at all levels makes Jamie ideally placed to oversee the day-to-day operations of an estate agents, investment portfolio or development project.
He has a wealth of knowledge of the property market, which has enabled him to successfully invest and build a substantial portfolio within the buy-to-let and HMO sectors, whilst also managing his own development projects.
