This is comprised of 10% + VAT (12% inc VAT) to be paid upon letting and upon each extension. A further 5% + VAT, minimum £25 + VAT (6% inc VAT, minimum £30 inc VAT) is deducted monthly from the monthly rent received.
NEW TENANT AND RENT COLLECTION ONLY
12.5% of the total rent reserved + VAT (15% inc VAT)
This is comprised of 10% + VAT (12% inc VAT) to be paid upon letting and upon each extension. A further 2.5% + VAT, minimum £25 + VAT (3% inc VAT, minimum £30 inc VAT) is deducted monthly from the monthly rent received.
FINDING TENANT ONLY
10% of the total rent reserved + VAT, minimum £400 + VAT (12% inc VAT, minimum £480 inc VAT)
(This is to be paid upon letting and upon each extension).
A full statement is sent, and Landlords must settle any shortfall.
